about

Digital-only release.

A live electric bouzouki set at Bar Open for Melbourne's long-running weekly improv night Make It Up Club. The gig was around the same time that I recorded the electric bouzouki tracks that later appeared on Light Through Amber but the set here is very different to those, much more in the free folk vein.

Unaustralians (Chris Nylstock & Bonnie Hart) headlined that night, fucking intense, as well as the duo of Gearoid Brinn & Barnaby Oliver. So I was totally out-noised and out-classed but that's the nature of MIUC.
